1. Use of Personal Data
When you use our web shop, we will obtain the following information about you:

We will not share your personal data with other businesses or organizations, unless we need to share your personal data in order to keep our web shop functional or if we are legally required to do so. For example: in case of suspected fraud, we have to file a report with the police.
2. Your Account
Some functions of our web shop require registration before you can use them. If this is the case, you have to share personal information and choose a username. With this information, we can create an account for you, allowing you to log in using that username and a password you have created yourself. We will store this information, so you don’t have to enter your details every time you visit our web shop and so we can contact you if necessary.
We will store your personal data for as long as your account exists. You can change your account information any time you like.
3. Processing Your Order
When you place an order through our web shop, we will use your personal data in order to properly process your order. We may share your personal information with a delivery service in order to have your order delivered to your shipping address. During the processing of your order, we will also obtain your payment information from your bank or credit card company.
We will store this information for as long as necessary to process your order and after that, until warranty has expired. We have to store some of your personal information for a longer period of time because we are legally required to. For example, the Dutch Tax Authority requires us to store your purchase receipts and invoices for a period of seven years.
4. Advertising
We would like to inform you about special offers and new products of services. We will do this:

You can object to our advertising messages at any time. You can block our e-mails or click the link to unsubscribe from our newsletter, which will be at the bottom of every e-mail we send.
5. Contact Form and Newsletter
You can use our contact form to send us your questions or requests. Doing so requires you to provide us with certain information. We will store this information until we are certain that you are satisfied with our response and until six months after that. This allows us to easily access your information should follow-up questions arise. Storing your contact forms also allows us to improve our customer service and train our customer service employees.
You can subscribe to our newsletter, through which we can keep you informed about news, tips and information regarding our products and services. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every newsletter will contain a link you can click to unsubscribe. You can also subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter in your account. Your e-mail address will only be added to our list of subscribers if you give us your permission to do so.
6. Sharing Your Personal Data
Under no circumstances will we share any personal information we collect with any other business or organizations, unless we need to share your personal data in order to process your order or if we are legally required to do so. For example: if the police suspects a criminal offence, we are legally required to share all applicable information.
Some of our partners reside outside the European Union.
Our web shop includes social media buttons. The administrators of these services use these buttons in order to collect your personal data.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
7. Cookies
Our web shop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store data, so you do not have to enter your details every time you visit our web shop. But they also allow us to see when you visit our web shop again.
When you visit our web shop for the first time, we will show you a cookie notification containing an explanation of how cookies work. If you continue to use our web shop, we assume that you do not object against our cookie policy.
You can turn off the installation of cookies in your browser. However, this may cause some features of our web shop to stop functioning properly.

We use Google Analytics in order to keep track of how visitors use our web shop. We have established a processing agreement with Google. This agreement contains strict regulations about what data Google can process. We allow Google to use the information gathered through Google Analytics for other Google Services. IP addresses are not made anonymous by Google.

12. Facebook Pixel
We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or, if you are based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”)) on our website.
This allows user behaviour to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why we are informing you, based on our knowledge of the situation. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and off Facebook. A cookie may also be stored on your computer for these purposes.
The legal basis for the use of this service is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR. Facebook is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus guarantees compliance with European data protection legislation(https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt0000000GnywAAC&status=Active).
13. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisor. This supervisor is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority (or Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
